This Warranty Policy explains the limited warranty coverage available for eligible products purchased through Car Parts Hub.

Car Parts Hub is operated by GreenGears Auto Limited, a company registered in the United Kingdom.

All products are physically located in and fulfilled from our United States facility:

We sell to customers located in the United States and the United Kingdom.


1. Used Parts Disclosure

Unless otherwise stated, all products sold by Car Parts Hub are used OEM automotive parts.

Because parts are pre-owned:

  • Normal cosmetic wear may be present

  • Minor surface rust or visual imperfections may occur

  • Appearance may vary slightly from listing photos

Cosmetic condition consistent with prior use does not affect functionality and is not covered under warranty.

Customers are responsible for confirming compatibility prior to purchase.
We strongly recommend verifying fitment using your vehicle’s VIN before ordering.


2. Limited Warranty Coverage

Eligible products include a 14-day limited warranty beginning on the date of confirmed delivery.

This limited warranty applies only to:

  • Functional defects

  • Mechanical failure under normal operating conditions

  • Issues reported within the 14-day warranty period

Warranty coverage applies only to the purchased part itself.


3. What Is Covered

If approved, warranty coverage may apply to:

  • Verified functional or mechanical failure

  • Defects present at the time of delivery

  • Issues properly reported within the stated warranty period

All claims are subject to review and verification.


4. What Is Not Covered

This limited warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by improper installation

  • Misuse, abuse, modification, or alteration

  • Labor, installation, diagnostic, towing, or programming costs

  • Damage from accidents, electrical surges, or external causes

  • Normal wear and cosmetic imperfections

  • Parts altered or repaired after delivery

Electrical and electronic components must be properly installed before functionality can be evaluated. Claims will not be approved for items damaged due to improper installation.

Professional installation is strongly recommended.


5. Warranty Claim Process

To request warranty service, customers must:

  • Contact us within 14 days of delivery

  • Provide the order number

  • Provide a description of the issue

  • Submit supporting documentation (such as photos or diagnostic confirmation), if requested

Prior authorization is required before returning any item.
Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.


6. Warranty Resolution

If a claim is approved, Car Parts Hub may, depending on availability and circumstances:

  • Provide a replacement, or

  • Issue a refund to the original payment method

Warranty resolutions are handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.


7. Limitation of Warranty

This limited warranty applies only to the purchased product and does not exceed the original purchase price of the item.

No additional commercial warranties are provided beyond those expressly stated in this policy.

Nothing in this Warranty Policy limits or excludes any rights available to customers under applicable consumer protection laws.
