What are our shipping cost?

Shipping costs are already included in 90% of our parts. This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer. Shipping costs will apply to parts that require freight. The shipping price of the parts that require freight will be added at checkout.

What are our shipping time?

Transit Time Domestically

In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 2 - 7 days

Transit time Internationally

Generally, orders shipped internationally are in transit for 4 - 22 days. This varies greatly depending on the courier selected. We are able to offer a more specific estimate when you are choosing your courier at the checkout.

What is our handling time?

Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days of payment of the order

Our warehouse operates on Monday - Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

A: Standard delivery is 3-5 business days. Parts ship within 2-3 days of order placement. You'll receive tracking information via email.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Currently, we only ship within the continental United States. We're working on expanding internationally.

Returns & Refunds

Q: What's your return policy?
A: 14-day return period from delivery date. Parts must be in the same condition as received. We provide prepaid return labels.

Q: How long do refunds take?
A: Refunds are processed within 2-3 business days of receiving the returned part. Your bank may take additional 3-5 days to show the credit.

Q: Can I exchange instead of return?
A: Absolutely! We'll expedite shipping on your replacement part.
