Are your parts new or used?
All parts sold on Car Parts Hub are used OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) automotive parts, unless otherwise stated.
Because parts are pre-owned, normal cosmetic wear consistent with prior use may be present.
Are the parts OEM or aftermarket?
We sell used OEM parts only. We do not sell aftermarket parts unless clearly specified in the product listing.
What does part condition mean?
Each product listing includes condition details.
Used parts may show cosmetic wear such as minor scratches or surface marks. Cosmetic condition does not affect functionality unless otherwise stated.
Fitment & Compatibility
How do I know if the part will fit my vehicle?
Fitment details are provided on each product page.
Customers are responsible for verifying compatibility before purchase. We strongly recommend:

What if the part doesn’t fit?
If the return is due to incorrect fitment or change of mind, it will be handled according to our Return & Refund Policy, which may include a restocking fee.

All payments are processed through Shopify’s encrypted checkout system.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Orders are processed quickly. If you need changes, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee modifications once processing has begun.

We do not store full credit card details.
